Simon became a professional recruiter in 1997 and over the last 13 years has operated as both a search consultant and corporate account manager, exclusively within the Regulated Sales, Wealth Management and Private Banking Sectors.
During this time, he has completed complex assignments for some of the most recognisable names in the Financial Services industry, through which he has developed an enviable network of key contacts within the market.
Having worked with both Directors at a previous organisation, where they frequently undertook assignments as a team, Simon has joined Optima to enhance the company's capabilities to complete senior level search assignments.
