Prior to joining the team, each member has spent a considerable amount of time in the Financial Services Industry. Russell Murray worked for a major private bank and Neil Beresford came from the Wealth Management Industry. How many recruitment companies can draw upon nearly 65 years combined experience.

We are not generalist in our intentions, we have a specific niche focus and consultative approach. Rather than working with the companies that have the largest number of requirements, we work for the companies who have the best roles. For our clients, it's not about who is on a database, but who is absolutely the most suitable person for a particular assignment.
